About Option C Print out

I have recieved two letters from Revenue and I am confuse which one is Option C.
Please help me.

Hmmm... don't have one in front of me... but it's basically a breakdown of your finances... will have income and tax information. It is NOT the notice of assessment. Not sure if that helps. Maybe if you say what the two are we can differentiate
