hi everyone
i am staying illegal in USA from 2 years , my passport also expired now , i plan to apply for travel docment from indian embbassy in USA to go back to india ,
and plan to apply for Canada work permit visa as a chef ,

my question is i am qualify for apply for Canadian work permit from india ,
illegal status in USA will create any problem while i will apply for canada PR ,

Yes - it's quite possible your illegal stay in the US may create issues obtaining a work permit for Canada. To be approved for a work permit you must demonstrate that you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. This will be difficult to prove given your US immigration history. If you want to apply for a work permit in Canada, I would recommend you first live in your home country for at least a year to establish ties before attempting to apply for a work permit.

If you instead want to apply to immigrate to Canada, your illegal stay in the US won't be a problem provided you are 100% honest about your immigration history in your immigration application.
