ABOUT MY PASSPORT

Dear sir/ mam,
my name is JAGWINDER SINGH BHATTHAL( DOB- 13/04/1984). i applied visitor visa of Canada along with my Son JINDVEER SINGH BHATTAL( DOB- 06/12/2010) but visa was refused. Recently i got a mail from VFS because i did not get my passport due to any emergency now it returned to you in Delhi. APPLICATION NO. IS INCD/151118/0258/01 AND INCD/151118/0258/02
i want my and my son's passport . kindly send it again to IRCC Chandigarh.
