Hello

I got request to do Medical on Feb 2nd.
It was received to Immigration Consulting office.

I was in US, because my sister needed to go in to emergency labor.
Baby and my sister was both ok but she needed my help so I was staying in US to help her.

I get the text message that I got medical exam notification and I came back to Canada at 9th of Fab.
My spouse(sponsor) has been back in Korea to visit her mother who is Cancer patient.
Because her condition got worse.

I was very tired and not feeling so well at the moment, so I wanted to go to doctors office with my spouse.
So I waited and I asked Immigration Consulting office, by when I need Medical Exam to be done.
They told me that there is no specific dead line.
But later I found out that Ithe has to be done with in a month or hole case could be rejected.
As soon as I heard that I tried to make an appointment.
But most of them said they have oppenning at the end of month or later.
Some how I got appointment at March 14th, and that was earliest I could get.
Place I maid appointment dose E-Medical.

Someone told me if I mail them the reason why I was late and send in the Exam result it will be OK.
Is there something I need to prepare before Exam?
How do I send mail to them? By e mail? Or by post?
Do I send it with or before Medical Exam?

If anyone know how to solve this problem and any advice, please help me.

Thank you.

you can send your visa office a message by case specific enquiry on the IRCC website. you will want to send them notification of the delay in the exam date prior to the due date listed in the request letter you received.

there is nothing to prepare for. the exam is a basic physical with a chest xray, blood and urine samples.
