About landing

Hi To All,,
My case is Skilled Worker Quebec , my landing port is 06 (Montreal)
my sister is canadian citizen lived in Toronto .
Q1) can I procede my landing in Toronto insted of Montreal ?
Q2) If not, can i go out from Toronto airport then go to Montreal by bus to procede landing ?

No, the landing must be completed in Quebec - after that you are free to go anywhere. You can land in Toronto if you have connecting flight to any city in Quebec where you will complete the landing.

By that, I believe he means ; you will have to carry out the complete paper works i.e. filling out the yellow form and getting you passport stamp, applying for your PR cards and all that..these are done on an Airport, or any other entry port into Canada. Like He said, it is better to land in Destined province before moving to another place inside Canada.

if u land and u do not find the imm. office open so come again asap to finilizing ur landing prosses in the working hours of the imm. office .

If your Plane land in Toronto first and if the same plane will take you to Quebec (any city) then its fine. You cannot Land in Toronto and go out - you need to land first in Quebec and then go anywhere, your landing cannot be done in any other province. So to make things easier, you need to buy a plane ticket which land you in Quebec and then take another flight to Toronto if you want.

coz if u did not give this tips , i could loos my case.
one more qust. pls.
pr visa rec. was 1\12\08 then i add some doc. 15\12\08 then most of my personse which i know them r now in canada since last month.
then 29\7\09 someone called from cic to let me add more doc. 30\7\09 i put it in the box inside the cic office by hand.
e-clinte tells : procc. time started in 15\12\08
Quest. is : Do u have idea about why there is time dilay for medical rec.? if this is a dilay.
when they will ask for medical fees and landing fees and to send the passports?
how much all fees from now till i complete the landing for 2 personse (My wife : Prenc. aplicant and Me :spouse)
NB. My cic office is Egypt

I wish I could tell you that, there are different timings for Quebec and usually it takes much less time as compared to other provinces in Canada. Check time-line from your country under QSW on CIC website, you may find your answer there.
