Hello everyone! We have been leaving in Canada for 6 years. I am doing my Ph.D. My wife is on Open Work Permit. She has a permanent job in Canada with NOC 1431 (category C). In total, she has more than 3 years of work experience in Canada, but unfortunately, we are not eligible to apply for PR under any provincial program because of her type of Open Work Permit. Now, I making her express entry profile. What should I answer for the question "Do you have a job offer in Canada?". I tried to answer yes, then they ask me for information about LMIA and about work visas for a specific job. As I understand, if the job offer does not base on LMIA, it will not give her any extra points in the Express system. Is it right? So, in this case, should I not mention her job offer at all in Express Entry? Thanks for your suggestions.

The answer is no because she is on an open work permit and has no LMIA - and also because her job is NOC C.
