my wife was filling out the IMM 5481
she is the sponsor and she has a kid from her previous marriage live partially with her and partially with her ex husband
is the kid counted as a person who's in undertaking?
I donnot have any kid of my own
so we fill it out like:
question 4, Yourself 1
question 5, (A) Current undertaking 1
(B) Previous undertaking 0/0/0/0 (no sponsor for her parents or any other people before)
question 6, Persons not included in 5 above, if applicable
(A) 0 (already included in question 5 (A))
(B) every other family member not included in this application.......etc 1
question 7, Total number of persons in 4,5 and 6 above, 3
Can anyone confirm this is the way I should fill it out?
