about IELTS

i want to apply for one of the college in toronto. i got overall 6.0 for IELTS. problem is my writing score is 5.0 and rest of the results are 6.0 for each. am i eligible to apply for colleges?

You need to rewrite IELTS. 5.0 is too low. You must score a minimum of 5.5 in all four categories.
