i listen that people re appaly again to canada for fast track (38 jobs)

but they surprice that officer not ask for ielts , its correct or any one listen for that?

They ask for IELTS test even, Doctor or PhD professor also went for IELTS.
may other can also give their opinion too. may it depend if some one give franch language test.

Hi all,
when we submit the application to CIO then do we need to submit the IELTS test result with this?

I am planning to give IELTS after submission of application to CIO by filling the form schedule 3 with high proficiency of english and answer YES to question "Have u taken engligh test".

Now the question is if we get Moderate score after submitting the application to CIO. Is that an issue (NOTE : in my case if i get moderate my point is still 68)
We will send them new schedule 3 with these changes. Please advise.
