About IELTs score of 5.5 in writing

Hi it's Sadaf from Pakistan. I want to study in Canada but sadly I have 5.5 writing but overall all score is 6.5 listening 7.0 reading 6.0 and speaking 6.5 can I apply in SDs program.plz advice me about it.can I apply Canada for study with out SDS program
