I would like to ask you two questions;

First it is necessary to do IELTS exam, because I am family physician and i study 7 years by English and i have paper about that from my university in Libya.
second what is 2 address labels, coz i am in Canada now and how can i do that.

IELTS is must now a days. Even if you have studied in language English for 7 years.

what about the other cases, like if you are woking in canada as a work permit and you need to apply for immigration, should we need to give IELTS?

Hi msarham,

I think yes,. The new rule now clearly states that you have to show proof of language regardless of origin... even if u have worked in canada or your native language (tounge) is english...
 
IELTS is an absolute necessity now. It's required at Step 1 of your FSW application.

Do not hesitate... Relax... It's just a test.

I've seen people saying they have studied in English all their life/work in an English speaking environment since 10 years and all that.

If you are so confident that your English is so good, you shouldn't hesitate to appear for IELTS.
