about gap in study

I have done b.tech in ece trade. I passed out my college in last year in july but i have some supplies which i cleared now. So there is 1 year gap from my college period. I have done ielts with 6.5 bands with 6 bands indiviualy but as courses are full so i cannot apply now. I m planning to apply in jan 2015. so i want to know abt any risk about gap period in rejection of visa for canada. Plzz advice me.

There won't be any problem regarding your gap.Try to convince with strong SOP (statement of Purpose).

I m really nervous abt my gap period which will be 1.5 yr when i will apply. nd also abt my backlogs. The time i took to clear backlogs is considered as gap in study?

go ahead. check out few universities or college which provide master's or diploma respectively and then look eligibility criteria for that.

Hmm backlogs is the main problem because they have leaded you to gap .. I have same profile . 6 month gap due to backlogs. Going to appear in ielta soon.
Approach a gud consultant who can write a gud sop and prepare ur case strongly. Gud luck bro .
Also tell ur percentage of 10th 12th and btech. And how many backlogs have u faced in ur entire degree
