Hi,
I am sponsoring my wife through the outland sponsor. In form 5406 "Additional Family information":
The principal applicant, their spouse or common-law partner and all dependents 18 years or older must complete their own copy of this form.
So would this mean there would be two copies of the form? One with her parents and siblings and another form with my parents and siblings?
Also, this link:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/3999Etoc.asp
"If you are married and you were physically present at the marriage, indicate “married – physically present” in the marital status box"
Wouldn't all marriages by default have to be with both parties physically present?
Thanks in advance.
