Hi, ...

My wife is a dual citizen and one is Canadian. but when she was back to the native country she did not use Canadian Passport. I am PR status and live with her out of Canada. My question: is that eligible I can counted the days as a PR accompany with the Spouse out of Canada, I try to search the legal documents or cases but there is no any reference. Please give me some advice and I am really appreciate your kindly help.

Yes, it will be counted the days as accompanying a Canadian spouse outside Canada. Do you have joint bank / credit card statements which shows both of you living in same address. If so, provide them in your renewal application.

Tax documents, bank documents or other such documents showing you living at the same address would help. You would need to send immigration copies of both her passports to explain why she does not have a visa in the country where you are staying now in her Canadian passport.
