it means your application has been pulled from the pile and an officer is processing it. to know how long it takes to go from in process to decision made at your visa office, you will want to find the thread specific to new dehli, and they will be able to help confirm the "trend".

It sounds like OP already has DM and the letter has been sent because that's almost word for word what mine said before I received my letter. Does it say decision made on eCAS? Or does it still say 'in process' next to your name?

to me it looks like OP has DM for the sponsor, and the applicant is "in process". it looks like they are sharing both sides of ECAS. that is why it is suggested they ask about the processing at the visa office in the new dehli thread. not all visa offices follow the same timeline for in process to decision made for the applicant.

Yes you're right. The sponsor's stuff is done and they have the applicant's info now. It's in process.
