About changing course

my consultant is saying there is no need since the institution, fees and time duration is same.And on cic website there is no valid information for change in course

Woukd strongly discourage you from attending any private college. Are you aware that only Arts degrees qualify for PGWP.

If you are only interested in studying and not PGWP why would you pick a private school. You will get a much better education at a public school. Why spend money on a private school in Canada when you can get a much better education elsewhere for less money or get a much better education in Canada.
