I got rejected 5 times USA student visa is it affect in Canada PR process ?

I can't really say it won't affect it, the fact that you kept applying for US student visa 4 more times after your first refusal, it might raise some flags. But you can't be 100% sure until you try, so do your best and always tell the truth on your application because US and Canada sharing information in terms of Visas and immigration applications. I have noticed both countries rely on each others visa refusals in some cases. Hope for the best, always!

You can't say it won't 100%. No body really knows it may or may not. Because visa refusals aren't for no reason, so it depends on the visa refusal as well.

Im certain for exconomic class. Unless there’s other reason not refusal from other countries. Review officers guidelines
