About CAIPS NOTES period

Hello guys!!! I am applying through family sponsorship outland and I have requested my caips notes on October 16 and nothing yet do you know when I will receive it??? How long more I have to wait??? , in this notes they will explain what is the next step , if I will have interview or passport request I can see in caips notes or how do caips notes work????

It takes from 4- 6 weeks. Sometimes they would provide the update info ,sometimes not!
Yes, you can find( the reason ) if u have an interview!

it will be opened in August next year.
pray so that CIC quickly wraps up working on the MI-1,2,3 files in 2011 and in early 2012 so that they'd be able to work on 2007's.

Thanks; I would like to know if my lawyer files my app to a writ of mandamuds ! Will this way help to finilize my app in its timeline and not take more and more time!

I'd wait for 2012 before i could launch a Mnadamus.
still better going for it. I have seen success in mandamus. they need a good lesson from the agonizing applicants.

As you know I have already finished one year under BG checks and I have to wait for one year more! I think the BG checks just last from 3-6 months!! Not for two years too much waitng for MR. I think I have the right to finish my app in normal timeline!

Do u have another idea?

We are all in the same boat! 2007 applicants are suffering to finish their apps in appropiate and limited period! BUT waiting and waiting what we usually face and cant do anything :'( cant help it

I think its ur time. Just wait for 2 or 3 days! u will get it!

u can send email to company from where u applied and can aske current situation also u can track how much completed

THANKS!!! I emailed them already I hope I can get it soon, because yesterday I received a call from my visa office but I was not at home, maybe in these notes I can see what they want because they did not call me back!!

you should have been able to receive that call anyways, they should have also called in your cell number....
I think you should call them back with the reference of the call they made to you yesterday.
