My application was declined previously three times. One for a visitor visa and twice for a student visa. Now my spouse has a work permit. The lawyer has suggested applying for ATIP (Access to information and personal information) for the further process of my application. My question is, who can apply for ATIP on my behalf?

If you don’t know a PR or a citizen in Canada then there are company’s online that can help you do it.

Thanks for the reply. My parents-in-law can apply for me as they are permanent residents of Canada. Could you please let me know about the documents required to apply for ATIP?

Just a consent form is required. I applied for one yesterday. Very easy.
