I just created an OINP account and saw this question - "Is someone assisting you (the applicant) with completing this application?" I might take my friend's help. Are there any pros and cons of choosing "Yes" or "No"?

I was thinking the same thing, but the help section says it may be any individual including friends and family.
Hmm, it's your call. If it wasn't something major, I'd probably not mention it because it might complicate things.
