Does anyone have ever tried to send an e-mail to Alberta immigration, describing who you are, and why you deserve to receive NOI from them. Will it help somehow in getting NOI from Alberta? Thank you!
my noc is 3131 ( pharmacist), crs is 346, not received noi yet, only i created express entry profile and chooses interested province is alberta.
please advice me if i have to do any thing additional to get noi.
