We are presently in kuwait.Few days back we received letter for oath for all the members of the family .At that time my 7yr old son PR card had expired and so my husband decided to stay back and sent a letter stating his absence for oath .One of the letter was sent by FedEx from kuwait, one I carried personally which was not accepted at the Erin mills office,third one was registered post from canada.Now yesterday we received a letter from CIC stating my husband's application has been abandoned.I wish to know anybody who had faced such a situation and how did they go through it.
