Hello friends, I have a job offer in Alberta. But my employer haven't submit LMIA application yet. Is this job offer considered valid by Alberta EE program? Will this job offer increase my opportunities to get ITA?

Yes, Alberta treat job offer without and with LMIA as same. Only difference it will make is extra 50 points in EE profile if you have a valid Job offer with LMIA. Alberta job offers does help increase chances of getting a NOI. Make sure you check the job offer requirement and eligibility on Alberta website.
But does lmia make a difference save that it can add 50 points in CRS? And also I'm wondering if you could kindly offer a source of the above conclusion. Than you so much.
