Hi everyone!

Don't know if this sounds silly, but I was wondering which size of paper is best for printing out the filled-out forms and also the evidences. Confused between A4 size and letter size, or if any other size is better.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

I think the standard 8 1/2 x 11 would be best as that is what is normally used by most people on a daily basis. I imagine it may not really matter, but I would just go for the regular, letter sized, 8.5 by 11.

You can print them in A4, not a problem.

Doesn't matter. Either will be fine.

I printed forms off on my computer at home in the UK and at my husbands in Canada, the a4 paper is shorter and wider in canada than the UK so CIC got a mix of sizes lol!

Our forms were a mix too.... Didn't matter

We did letter size, but i really thing that is not a big issue.

I suppose it doesn't make a big difference, as long as everything is well readable. A4 should do the trick just fine.

Thank you all for your help! :)

fprince: Yes, you are right. Im in India and the standard size here is A4.

@fPrince: Thank you :)

In India, the standard A4 size is 21.0cm x 29.7cm
Whereas in Canada, the same A4 size won't be available and the size that comes is: 21.5cm x 27.9 cm

I am facing the same issue with the mismatch in the sizes. I think as the group discusses, it should be fine. Thank you all

Yes,
A4 is standard in most Asian countries whereas here
and the USA we like to use letter-sized 8.5 x 11.

I wouldn't worry too much about the paper size. Depending on the PA and sponsor's
country it's possible that both A4 and letter are sent in the application.

Just be more concerned that the information is accurate and legible !

Hey guys. I had the same confusion as the papers (just the signature pages from each form) sent by my wife from India were A4, whereas the rest of the form pages I printed in Canada were letter size.
By reading through the thread, I assume no one faced any issues with the mix of paper sizes within the forms itself?
Appreciate any confirmation. Thanks
