because of the COVID pandemic, his school has suspended the summer semester therefore he was not enrolled during summer.
Is the suspended semester considered a scheduled break?
Will he be inadmissible due to violation of A29 non-compliance to study permit if he is not enrolled in any courses for the rest of the school year due to COVID pandemic.
