We are trying to interpret the GCMS notes of my Friend with AOR 01/04/2017

As per notes medical and criminality is passed. Eligibility : Not Started

On 13/07/2017 the Agent reviewed A11.2 and marked as MET with details to back his decision.
Also on 13/07/2017 under one of the eligibility sub section the same agent updated Eligibity new value to : MET.
On 14/07/2017 the file transferred to NDVO and the reason : Work Load Redistribution and on same date there is another Eligibity sub section which mention Old Value : Met , New Value : Not Started. This was updated by a different agent at CIO Sydney.

What you guys think the scenario is as per the notes?

You can refer to one of my post here:

I believe that you just passed Case Analyst Review and the next step would be Officer review. Case Analyst will give a recommendation on your A11.2 & eligibility. It is the officer who makes the final decision of your A11.2 & eligibility.

This is definitely a good sign. You should get your PPR soon after the officer review.

Hey I got the same status with eligibility. have you ordered gcms notes after your IP2 started?

I got an rprf request on the 15 of feb,it’s been a month now and I called ircc today what they said is that the background check is in progress .and that eligibility is not over. It’s being processed at CPC OTTAWA. my drought is why would they ask for rprf before eligibility pass.time line is on my signature.

Hello friend
I received my gcms notes today and case analyst has mentioned Recommendation: review required and for A11.2 and Canadian experience he has mentioned Appears Met.
This all happened in August, after that no one has touched my file.

Does this means only officer recommendation is pending for final decision? And that is only taking time

Thanks in advance. Your post really helped.

Review Required means that there is something in your profile that concerns him. It’s not necessarily bad, but depending on what exactly he doesn’t like, it might lead to rejection.

Can you post the entire text of the Eligibility assessment?

I have read somewhere that officers sometime deliberately put review required status. With that they need not to follow any timelines. Can this be true?
Thanks in advance
