It was only 9 months then, cause they only started processing it on June 21, 2018. What I did was be cooperative, as in, when they requested me medcheck or police checks, I did it right away. using Priority service within Canada to sent to them and to use Fedex Priority one day service world wide when I sent and returned the police checks from USA and Singapore. That's the only thing I did. also, always inform them whenever you need time extension (they won't reply) but they will give it to you. never delay or abandon their instructions.
