A reply from London Office..Hope it helps you guys

Hi

I sent e-mail to London Office some days ago.....Today morning they replied......I asked them about the second AOR....since I have sent my full document on 24th May.......they said:

" Our office is currently receiving a high volume of mail and it can take several weeks for a file to be created in our office and to appear in our electronic records or for documents to be attached to an existing file. We cannot confirm or deny the existence of your documents in our records at this time "
