I once spoke to a solicitor who told me, he can get the document which visa officer remarks on why an application got refused before I reapply.
He also said, the refusal letter we are sent does not contain whole detail.
Any one of you all knows about it please?

yes, it actually happens it is called consent form or you may know the reasons of the rejections using CAPS letter.
