Hello, I have a Visitor VISA and will be flying in to Canada on the 17th of June. I am planning to come Back by the November , preparing all the measures to apply for the asyl visa. Due to a political affiliation, my family is also at risk. So I am willing to take them with me too. So i planned to come back and apply the visitor visa for them and take them To Canada and apply as asylum. Now my question is, will my first return from the Canada cause any problems in my refugee claim?

Sure because you are coming to Canada for 5 months months and not claiming asylum while in Canada. Then you are returning home to a place you fear to return, and then trying to get TRVs for family members. What will happen if your family’s TRVs are refused. Why do you need to return to apply for their TRVs?

I am too much worried about them as they may get attacked.

You should expect it will create challenges for your asylum claim if you return to your home country. This is not advisable.

I would recommend you either change your plans and don't travel to Canada until your family has approved TRVs. Or you can travel to Canada now and remain in Canada - and your family can then follow on their own once their TRVs are approved. These are the better options vs. you returning.

Also keep in mind that your family's TRVs may not be approved. You should consider what you will do in this situation.

Good luck.

Would add that staying in Canada for so many months raises red flags if you are not of retirement age or potentially in a relationship with someone in Canada. True visitors of working age can usually take a vacation for around a month maximum because they must return to work, have family commitments at home, etc. Do you have proof that there is nowhere safe in your whole country? That will also be examined if you apply for asylum.
