A Question about this Question (Simple one just looking for assurance Please help)

1. My wife and I lived in Canada for 2 month together. During the time I changed my RRSP beneficiary under her name, "DOES that apply to the first check box"?

2. On the 3rd check box, "OTHER PROOF that your relationship is recognized by your friends/family. We only got the pictures. Is that ok?

3. The "ADDITIONAL　OPTION" (THIS ONE I AM REALLY CONFUSED)

My wife and I met in Canada during her travel to Canada. We got marry in Japan . That's it. Are we qualified to check this box? What does this option mean? If yes, what do we need to provide to support?

Box 1 - yes that would apply - I included a medical power of attorney from before we were married.

Box 3 - we included 10 letters from family and friends with their account of our relationship (saying how they met us and that our relationship is based on a real relationship of love and commitment).
