So my situation is this -
1. I'm a PR
2. Submitted spousal sponsorship application in September, 2020. Yet to receive AOR
3. We are planning to apply for a TRV for my wife and son. I do understand the chances of approval.
Question -
Current TRV processing timeline shows up as 154 days. My wife will submit her employment letter and plans to travel on leave. But given the timelines, it's not feasible to get an approved leave letter from the employer for 6 months down the line. Is it possible to submit only the employment letter for now (full time employment in a reputed IT company) and carry the leave letter once visa is approved and she decides to travel?
Regarding ties to home country and travel history -
1. We have an apartment in our name (joint ownership) and she has a car in her name.
2. She has been employed in the current company for 5+ years (overall 12+ yrs of working experience)
3. Travelled to UK, Australia and US within the last 10 years.
