You can go the the CIC website, download the application and follow the instruction guide. Are you and your wife working in a stable job now? Do you own property, have family members? Do you have family already in Canada? Have you traveled to other countries on vacation before? Do you have the finances to support yourselves in Canada and to leave the country before the expiry of the visa? Having SOLID ties to your home country are sometimes the hardest, but most important things to prove to the VO. He/She has to be convinced that your ties TO Canada are weak and that you will leave.
