AIPP - has received work permit approval letter, - can applicant apply by paper to Edmonton for the AIPP supported work permit, if they are currently in Canada on 'Visitor' status? Or do they have to apply from their original country of residence? - and if VAC offices are currently closed - how can they do this? Applicant is from Ireland, currently on 'visitor' status in Canada.
