I sent my cv to canadavisa but they couldn't prepare my application for permanent residence visa due to my qualifications.
I'm a Nigerian, and have higher national diploma in Computer science and already have 7years experience in Banking. I was advised to search for job on canada job search. Do I have to get a job offer before I start my application?
Please where do I start? What do I need to do first??
