I received aor on april 18th and then got SA on april 21st:

1: should I be concerned that I have not yet received medical request?

2: This is in regards to the schedule A. Should I submit through IRCC webform AND mail AND email (CPC-CTD-ottawa@cic.gc.ca) ? Is it safe to do this?

I wouldn't be worried about it, you have recieved your AOR and your Sponsor Eligibility Approval. As long as you have followed all instructions on the letters from IRCC you should be fine. In regards to the Schedule A it wouldn't harm to submit this like you have said on the webform and via the CPC email, I think they request you to upload it to your online account along with PCC at some stage

They have requested it, but the email did not come through. The only messages we have got are PA AOR, Sponsor AOR and SA. Nothing else.

I think we may submit the webform tonight!

If they have requested it definitely send it to them, upload it via the webform but also send to the CPC email.

I would probably mail it too, I'm still awaiting my AOR so I haven't been through this process yet but I know when they request the Schedule A and Police Certificate I'll send them a copy by email and via the webform but I'll also probably send a copy to the Case Processing Centre in which I sent my application too. Better to be safe than sorry, at least then they will have it on the internet and also the original copy.

Do you know the address to mail too?

CPC – Ottawa
P. O. Box 9640
Ottawa, ON, K1G 6T2

If sent by private courier:

CPC – Ottawa
Temporary Resident Visa Section
365 Laurier Avenue West
Ottawa, ON K1A 1L1

This is the CPC Ottawa Office which I presume is the CPC office you are sending it to as you stated above. Whichever CPC Office you firstly sent your application to make sure you send it there and include your application number etc so they know which apparently it is meant to be going with.

I originally sent it to Mississauga

Okay so how come your first post states the email for CPC in Ottawa it should be emailed to CPC Mississauga I am pretty sure as Ottawa doesn't have your application.

That is the postal box address;

CPC-Mississauga
P.O. Box 5040, Station B
Mississauga, ON
L5A 3A4

This is the courier delivery address;

2 Robert Speck Parkway,

I don't know the email for CPC Mississauga

Hope this information finds you well :)
