I'm putting the final touches on our application and just came up with a few questions...

1st I was wondering for the generic application form since I only have 1 phone number and no fax do I leave both of those blank and not write N/A since that is the form that generates the barcodes?

2nd is kind of the same thing but on the applicants barcode page where it gives 2 spots for citizenship. If only a US citizen should that part be left blank as well?

And the last question is for any question that gives space for an answer in list form like who do you currently live with...If we don't fill each column should I put N/A on the spaces left?

Thanks for any help!! I really appreciate it!

yes its recommended to put N/A to the questions which dont apply to you.

If you have a phone and no fax then you would put only the fax section as N/A

Even on the barcode page? I was under the impression not to add or write on those pages since they generate the barcodes.

The barcode is generated automatically and you dont have to put NA on that.

I am not sure for the second question

I left the second citizenship entry blank on my IMM008 form, as I only have a single citizenship and there is no entry in the drop-down list for "NONE." The form validated fine and generated the barcodes with this question left blank.
