Hi to all forum members,
I am preparing the documents to apply for FSW by the end of this month, and would like to seek advise from seniors and other forum members on the following:
1. While filling the additional family information form (IMM5406E) it has been indicated to write all name in English and native languages; does that mean that I have to repeat the names in the native language( hand written) in the same columns whereas other details can be filled in english in the same forms or should all the details in the form be repeated in the native language on an additional sheet???
2.Schedule 1 - Background Declaration form(IMM0008_1e) question 10 asks about your education, my spouse have completed 1.5 yr diploma course after college, can I write this in the column which asks [Trade school or other post secondary school]; and below that where you have to give full details should I start the year from matriculation or consider the first year of my schooling, I mean the year I started first standard. Also should I provide details of the educational course presently undergoing in the same table, if so can I write the course ongoing in the column asking for type of certificate or diploma issued.
3. My spouse is a Govt employee and his superior officer is not willing to issue a reference letter with job responsibilities, moreover it seems govt employees can apply for immigration only after resigning from the present job (which I believe is not a wise option), so can he present an affidavit explaining his job responsibilities, would this suffice or can I simply show him as unemployed.
4. Regarding POF , a portion of our ancestral property has been transferred to our names for the purpose of showing POF and the deed has been registered in our names a month back, showing the value of the property as per the government gazette, eventhough the market value is much higher. The property value as per the regd deed itself is much higher than the required POF, so can I produce a notarised copy of the regd deed as proof of fund evidence, and attach a copy of the email received from New delhi VO stating that they accept unencumbered property valuation in the name of the applicant/ accompanying spouse as POF.
5. My spouse had done a diploma course long time back and now the institute does not exist,so I am not able to collect transcripts for this diploma. Can I submit the notarized copy of the certificate.
Looking forward for responses and suggestions from seniors and other forum members.
Thanks to all in advance
