Again, CIC sent me pdf regarding passport request and "decision has been made", does that guarantee of visa or what? I still didn't send mine....and worried.
Should I turn in my resignation or wait till I have the visa in my hand?

You still haven't send you passport still?? It's your visa. Send in your passport.

If you won't send passport within 30days of that mail, then your visa will be refused automatically. (It's mentioned in e-mail, i think.)

Also, you can turn in your resignation.

aaahhh...thanks man. But I think it's too risky to resign without seeing the visa with my own hands. What if something came up?

hello ultra99. After undergoing two applications ( i.e a temporary resident visa for a family member and a study permit for myself) I can assure you that once you send in your passport after the original passport request was sent to you by CIC you will receive a visa stamped passport. Also take heed from ms.mech, if you haven't submitted your passport within 30 days of your receipt of the letter, your visa application will be refused!

I applied online and got passport request..I already submitted my passport couple of days back. So I have to wait around 5 more days
I just need to know if the LOI will be on MYCIC just after passport is stamped, or it takes time?

LOI will be on your MYCIC account when your passport gets stamped and you will also get a hard copy of it with the passport.
