I have a question regarding the proof of funds. I borrowed my sister in law a sum of around 15000 CAD to start a business a couple of years ago, but without any proof because I did not think I would need for immigration purposes at that time. Now that I that I got the ITA, she will give it back to me to be able to reach the required amount by IRCC. Do you advise me to get a notarized document that says she owes me this sum and she is giving me back my own money; or have her make a gift deed?
