Hey guys do I have 90 days to gather & submit my papers (certificates, diplomas, letters, etc.) or just to submit the online form that appeared after ITA on my profile?

The online form is nothing but all of your papers being submitted electronically.

90 days to submit everything!

Thanks

Damn.... Do i need a certificate from a country I lived in 2005 - 2006 (which is more than 10 years ago)

If you were older than 18, then YES.

Thanks

Thank you so much but I just keep coming at you with silly questions. I am currently working on the online form but I never mentioned my stay in Japan. For example, in Travel history they only asked about my trips from the last 10 years so I did not mention Japan (it was like 11-12 years ago)

Then in the Address history block they also ask about the pas 10 years so I did not mention Japan again.

If I keep it off the table (they never asked me) then what should I?

I have no problem applying for the PCC from Japan but it takes 2-3 month and I have 3 months to complete the whole package.

Have you stayed for 6 months or more in Japan?

I just found this:

Japan.

Do I need to provide a Police Certificate with my Application for Permanent Residence? No. Citizenship and Immigration Canada will send you a letter requesting a police certificate after you send your Application for Permanent Residence. You must bring that letter when you apply for a Police Certificate.

Yay I think I am good

Hi Guys,

Could someone please explain?
So i clicked on 'continue application', i see bunch of forms need to be filled out 'personal history' etc, i dont see anywhere to upload the documents.
Is it a glitch or do I have to fill out all forms before submitting documents?

Once you complete that initial form and click on Continue then you will see the options to upload.

PCC is the deal breaker...one doesn't provide PCC for any country for which it is required...one gets rejected right away....

You miss a crucial detail....you risk misrepresentation

Don't forget this point:
"Instead, you must upload a document that states: “I am applying from a country that requires an official request letter from CIC to get a police certificate"
