9 Months Waiting No AOR Letter yet

I submitted application and mailed back to August 2020, it has been 9 months I haven't received a AOR letter. Is it normal during covid period? please advise, thank you.

I'm 5 months in and same thing - no news at all. Applied in Dec 2020, online
