Dont lose hope, 4131 is a problematic NOC for Canada
you wouldnt wanna go there and end up walking on the streets with no jobs and may be at the worst with no foods. Canada is not like your own country, they are at the recession now and every person added to their woos who is failing to get a job.

by the way, what is the base of your calculation? I have been in this forum for over a year now, to me the calculation is the other way around.

Guys i dont know what you are talking about. 4131 is offcource and NOC code and does exists but i am afraid it is not included in the list 29 noc codes required as per new ministrial instructions from 26th of june. Sati you applied after 26th of june but ur NOC wasn't part of required NOCs that's why they refused you.

Calm down and see where you had made a mistake and apply again. Sometimes it is not easy but there is always a way out.

There is some confusion. I did not apply under 4131. belize applied under 4131 before 26 june 2010 and got some problem with work experience verification call. Read this thread from below.

embassy awards me points here below.

EXPERIENCE 15 HERE THEY MADE MISTAKE I SHOULD GET 21 NOT 15

MY TOTAL SCORE IS 66

ITS SO SIMPLE BUT EMBASSY DONT UNDERSTAND MY ONE CODE IS MATCH WITH MINISTER LIST 4131 SO THEY SUPPOSE TO GIVE ME POINTS IN ALL NOC, BUT WHAT THEY SAYING THEY WILL GIVE POINTS ONLY 4131 BECAUSE THAT CODE IS IN MINISTER LIST AND OTHER CODES ARE NOT.THAT BULSHIT. TOTALLY UNFAIR. I CAN'T DO ANYTHING.
