I am a PR card holder, my PR will expire in November 2019, but I have to travel back home to settle important issues. If don’t return back before next November I will not have a valid PR with me. How can I enter back to Canada with an expired PR card?

Apply for a PRTD. If you don’t have sufficient days in Canada, expect it to be refused and for IRCC to start the process to revoke your status.

You go to the US, enter at a land border and hope to not be reported.

If you have not completed your 730 days (based on the post title) you risk being reported at the US border. Without a valid PR card your risks are much higher. You have to determine if leaving is worth the risk. How many days do you actually have in Canada?
