67 points back under EE ?

Sorry for coming back tom this technical question again. But it seems that meeting the basic criteria (CLB 7, work experience NOC o, A, B, ECA) is not enough to get access to the pool. I find the CIC website not very clear on that but if you use the 'come to canada'-wizard it seems to be clear that pool access aditionally requires 67 or more points. Do you agree?

Yes. You qualify to apply under FSW with same criteria as before. The only difference is that you must
Have education assessed upfront and there is no limit in NOC as long as it is in an OAB category. You must have a min 67 points as before. Then you calculate points for EE programme.

Thanks, Pippin! I think this is pretty complicated and against the folk-wisdom of us Europeans who tend to praise the Canadian immigration system as pragmatic, flexible and easy to understand. FSW then actually uses two point systems, the 67/100 as one filter to the EE pool and the CRS for deciding about ITAs, right?
