In question 5b it asks for the names of individuals in previous undertakings in effect or not yet in effect. As the applicant for the current undertaking, do we list me as the undertaking is not in effect yet? The wording confused me.

Good memory . Nope no kids so that's the exact numbers we gave. I'm getting everything ready since I am sending the application in soon.

Yes, put a 1 for 6b. The total for question 7 would then be 3.

When i enter '0' it accepts it in the form and then when i leave the box does not display, so the form box looks empty.
I know I'm over analyzing however should i simply let it look blank for these boxes or hand write in a 0 after?
Also would you write the '0' like how it looks or do one of those zeros with a diagnal line through it?

I downloaded the form to see the issue. However, when I put zeros in, the boxes did not go blank, they showed '0', so I'm unsure why yours is doing that. You could try to download it again.

If it still doesn't show the zeros, don't worry. After you print the form out, just hand write a normal '0' in the boxes.

Rule of thumb for the entire application: Don't ever leave anything blank.
