Honestly your chances are very low due to age. You will not be eligible for Express Entry due to age. You need ECA for Masters and IELTS for language. Research PNP programs and see if eligible for programs not through Express Entry. You most likely need a job offer to be eligible. And job offer doesn’t let you work in Canada unless approved through PNP program (processing is about 2 years).

What is your occupation (NOC)? As said above, the chances are unfortunately quite low due to your age. You would need to look at the PNP programs. Some of them (not all) accept applications for applicants over 50. However whether you'll qualify and be selected will depend on several things including your NOC, if you have a job offer in Canada, if you have any relatives in Canada, etc.

I am doing job as Supply Chain Manager with a private company from 2011. And previously worked as "Surveillance Detection Coordinator" with American Embassy, Dhaka for 9+ years.

Do you have a job offer in Canada? Do you have any family in Canada?

Based on your occupation alone, I'm not sure I see any options for you.

So that is not an in-demand filed. You will need to research PNP programs and get ECA for Masters and IELTS, if you are serious about applying to immigrate. Your only option is PNP and getting a job offer.

What is PNP? How I will get PNP and job offer? Is there any way?

I understand: Provincial Nominee Program and need job offer from Canadian employer. But I have no contact with any company there. I am looking through net.

Start Researching programs. A job offer doesn’t let you work in Canada. You would need to be approved to a PNP program with a job offer and job offer doesn’t guarantee nomination. Very few programs are available to you. Also you need a minimum IELTS score to be eligible so make sure your English scores are high.

To add to this, most pnp doesnt have age limit but mostly like you will score 0 point under age factor if you are 50yrs and older. Manitoba, Ontario, New Brunswick have age factor when calculating points, and both scores 0 in this case

Would add that it will be very difficult to move to Canada at your age and save enough to retire in Canada especially without any Canadian relatives or connections in Canada. It is also will be extremely difficult to start a career in Canada for anyone in their mid 50s. Realistically you will likely be limited to lower paid jobs. Do you have children? If married or over 22 when you apply they will not be able to accompany you. It sounds like you have a good job in Dhaka. Unfortunately that may be your best option.
