I have a major dilemma as of the moment. I am an international student who is studying a 4 year program (40 courses) in a Vancouver (DLI) school. After my transfer of credits, I only need to study for 2 years or about 22 courses. I have started studying online overseas because My city got locked down a year ago. As of the moment , I am still in the Philippines and have taken 11 of 22 courses.
Without counting my transfer of credits, that’s exactly 50% (11/22) but if we take into account my transfer of credits it’s 72% (29/40). I have read the IRC website and I am very confused. Am I still eligible for PGWP?
