Hi,

I am applying for my Canadian citizenship and have questions regarding the 5 years addresses that I have to mention:

1st Address: 2018 December 24 to 2021 March 8
2nd Address: 2021 March 9 to 2021 April 1 (On 1st April I moved into the new place)
3rd Address: 2021 April 1 to 2022 May 1 (on 1st May I moved into the new place)
4th Address: 2022 May 1 to 2022 July 31

Every time I was moving out and moving in, I was taking a cab and reaching the new place.
So, in this case, '2021 April 1' should be considered for the 2nd address or the 3rd address.
Similarly, 2022 May 1 should be considered for the 3rd address or the 4th address?

It is too confusing, that the day you are moving out/in (during the afternoon time) where that day should fall, previous address or the new address?

Thanks,
AJ

It doesn't matter.
Usually, adress history only asks for the month and year, but even if you have to select a specific date, putting the day you moved for the old or new address is gonna be the same. IRCC doesn't care about this level of granularity here.
