Got an email from IRCC today about new changes, technical issue and request to update profile.

Important thing to note Regular invitation rounds will begin again in the coming weeks. Use these instructions to update your Express Entry profile by December 12, 2016.

All CRS scores will be updated before the next invitation round.

I am assuming this indicates no draw on 7th and there will be a regular draw after 12th so if we follow regular 2 week pattern it's going to be on 14th.

Me too. Looks like they have fixed the issue and will start regular fees post 12th

Hopefully they will have two draw. Otherwise big gap between two draws will result in increased cut off and many frustrated applicants.

As a side note at least they recognise that there's mistakes in the system. Maybe the lack of draws will mess up their quotas so the draws will be 3000+! (No legit thought process behind this. Just wishful thinking).

Maybe. I sent get an email either. I'm outland non Canadian student.

Maybe only those people who reported issue got an email. Hard to tell because I am inland CEC applicant with Canadian education and I have also reported issue after nov 19th changes.

I hadn't reported an issue though. My score was updated when the changes came into effect. Check your updates folder and not the primary... It's just a generic email though so as long as your score gets updated that's all that matters.

I think it will be 2. One on 14th and other on 21st as there will be 3 weeks break for christmas and new year and that will create huge backlog.
